Zinedine Zidane continues to make history

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane continues to print his name in gold letters in club history. The French man is securing his place in Real Madrid history.

Zidane, who has won three Champions League and one Laliga victory during his career at Real Madrid, set another record in his 3–1 win over Eibar.
Zinedine Zidane is the 200th head of the team. He made his debut and became the third coach in the club’s history to do so.

In club history, Miguel Munoz and Vicente del Bosque made more appearances as coaches than Zidane, making real madrid history in gold letters.

Miguel Munoz made 605 appearances for Real Madrid between 1959 and 1974, while Del Bosque played a total of 246 appearances in three different periods between 1994 and 2003.

Real Madrid, coached by the French coach, are second in the league, 28 weeks behind leaders Barcelona.
