Sales of tickets for the Grand Slam tennis tournament France Open (Roland Garros) will begin in July.
The French Tennis Federation announced that they will start selling tickets for the French Open (Roland Garros) tennis tournament held in September.
Priority ticket sales to Federation members will be canceled on July 9 due to the pandemic. For the audience, Roland Garros tickets will begin to be sold on July 16. In September, it will become clear whether people who buy tickets will be able to watch the games.
According to AFP, the total capacity will be 50-60 percent of the old capacity. By arranging the seating arrangement of the persons, it is thought that groups of up to four people will be allowed to sit side by side and a space for a row of boats between the groups.
It is thought that 20 thousand spectators will participate in the tournament starting on September 27 and ending on October 11.
In case of corona virus outbreak, more tickets can be sold for the tournament. However, if the outbreak worsens, some tickets will be canceled.
